The New Mexico Workforce Connection - Lincoln County is a joint partnership of ENMU-Ruidoso, the Eastern Area Workforce Development Board and the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDOWS), providing a variety of education, employment and training services for youth, students and adults.

Employment services, tuition and supportive service assistance (transportation, supplies, child care, etc.) are available for those who qualify.
